we all have many behaviours that are automatic - some are beneficial, others are not. Some are coping mechanisms that distract us from stress and worry - eating sugary foods; spending money; checking the phone; reaching for that drink or being with the wrong partner. They became habits and addictions. We can break these habits with strength and willpower which we can activate by harnessing the power of the third (navel) chakra.
